Compliance Monitoring Officer - Financial Services

A financial services firm are looking to hire a Compliance Monitoring Officer to join their growing Compliance Monitoring team.

Key responsibilities:

- Build the firms compliance frameworks and contribute to building the compliance monitoring programme

- Assist with building the e-Communications surveillance and transaction reporting frameworks

- Conduct thematic reviews of the business and suggest remedial action to management

- Assist with MiFID 2 remediation project

Successful candidates will:

- Have previous compliance monitoring experience within financial services, 3+ years

- Be self motivated; the business is working from home for the foreseeable future

- Have experience advising front office staff members

- Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
