Corporate Reorganisation Consultant

My client, a large privately owned manufacturing business is looking to undertake an internal reorganisation of it's companies and needs a highly intelligent individual to lead this restructure.

The right individual will be experienced in corporate statutory reorganisations (i.e. moving businesses and statutory entities around groups)

You will most likely be ACA qualified, possibly have experience in corporate finance and understand the accounting/tax/commercial impacts of such a reorganisation.

A strong personality to drive through this change process is needed, yet subtle enough not to alienate stakeholders. You will need to manage all of the related advisers (tax, legal, accounting, pensions scheme) to execute the above, without triggering issues.

Only candidates with direct experience of this sort of work will be considered for the role.
