Job description

Investigo Finance are recruiting a Credit Control Administrator for a client based in Leeds Valley Park, Leeds.

In the position of Credit Control Administrator Leeds you will work park of a team managing a portfolio of key accounts reporting into the Accounts Receivable Manager. Key duties to include:

  • Perform the appropriate credit control activities to support the businesses working capital goals in line with the company credit policy.
  • Allocate the cash received and posted by the cashbook team from customer remittance advice notes
  • Manage customer queries - Dispute / Aged debt Management
  • Escalate issues to the relevant internal stakeholders

The Profile

The successful candidate will need to have previous finance experience within Credit Control/ Accounts receivable.

A pro-active approach and willingness to seek process performance improvements.

Willingness to operate in a performance focused business unit delivering to service level agreements and key performance indicators whilst consistently meeting deadlines.

Experience of operating on integrated ERP system, preferably SAP

Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels

The Salary

£23,000 to £26,000 basic, 25 days holiday (buy or sell extra 5), pension and wider benefits
