Credit Controller

Investigo are pleased to be partnering with a UK distribution business with a head office function in the MK.

Due to an internal promotion a vacancy has become available within their Finance function. They are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller who can join a fun and lively Finance function. Within the role you'll be responsible for your own ledger; maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers & play an active lead in improving on the existing Credit Control function.

Key duties:

• Responsible for your own ledger of approximately 200-300 accounts
• Allocating received cash correctly
• Working closely with sales staff to discuss payment issues
• Negotiating payment terms
• Reducing the level of aged debt
• Look to improve upon existing processes
• Assist on ad-hoc responsibilities within the Finance function
