Credit Controller

Investigo are recruiting for a Credit Controller to work exclusively with a Property company based in North East London.

Responsibilities:

• Chasing outstanding monies owed to the business
• Ensure debtor days are reduced in a timely manner
• Provide weekly reports to management and update systems with accurate information via property software Yardi/TRAMPS
• Responsible for the Rent and Service charge collection of tenants
• Collecting of outstanding monies due from tenants and monitoring all tenant payment plans
• Build strong relationships internally and externally

The person:

• 2-3 years experience as a Credit Controller from a Property background
• Works well under own supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and diligent
• Competent and able to use initiative in collection process
• Strong user of Yardi/TRAMPS/Qube or other listed property software
