Credit Controller - Permanent

Job Title: Credit Controller

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (DOE) + Bonus
PRIMARY PURPOSE

To administer an assigned portion of the Sales Ledger and generate maximum cash flow & minimise bad debts. Maximise sales potential in line and provide a high standard of customer service to both internal & external customers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain your own ledger of customers
• To maintain all customer credit limits purchasing requirements.
• Collection of debts within assigned credit terms and achievement of individual & department targets
• To process any credit held orders
• Reconciliation and Allocation of monies received in line with customer remittances.
• To record and manage all customer queries and disputed invoices.
• To ensure customer database is accurate and up to date along with the filing and maintenance
• To refer accounts, where appropriate for litigation
• To ensure maximum efficiency of the Aged Debt
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the line manager
