Overview

The client is embarking on a greenfield CRM solution implementation for one of its regional business which has been recently acquired and a project to bring the business on the company system landscape is underway, the CRM implementation will be integrating with that.

Role

7+ years of CRM Consulting experience. You will work closely with regional business, perform fit gap, via a series of meetings, workshops and stakeholder interviews. You'll play back the requirements and prepare functional design using your deep functional CRM product knowledge and understanding configuration and software features

Ability to use draw on your knowledge to fully understand requirements and effectively communicate this to the rest of the team.

You will be key player in performing detailed design, build and test of the solution supporting through the go live and performing the user training as needed.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. SAP Sales Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementation Experience
2. Hands on Config of both Systems
3. Excellent business analyst skills and experience

Essential Experience:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in CRM Implementations.
• Experience of prioritising tasks and working to deadlines.
• A background in SAP Sales cloud and Salesforce retail cloud implementation. A good understanding of CRM/ERP and the business benefits for having a CRM system.
• You will be responsible for configuring the solution to meet functional requirements, and working with team of offshore developers to specify integration requirements and migration requirements
• Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report
• Create Solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements
• Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations
• Create estimates for implementation tasks
• Provide SAP Sales Cloud or Salesforce cloud SME expertise to client and mentor team members
• Data migration (Data mapping) from external systems into CRM solution
• Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
• Conduct user and administrator training
