De-mobilisation/ Mobilisation FM Consultant - London - £400/day

Investigo are working with a National brand with a mix of Commercial and Retail Assets who are going to be going through the process of de-mobilising their current FM contract and mobilising a new one.

The Role

• Act as the key point of contract in relation to the de-mobilisation of the current contract
• Manage internal stakeholder's expectations and requirements
• Assist internal and external partners in the specification and tender of the new Contract
• Act as the key point of contract in relation to the mobilisation of the new contract

The Person

• Extensive experience and 'safe pair of hands' in mobilising and de-mobilising FM Contracts
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Ability to communicate complex and technical information to a variety of people in differing ways
