Deputy Head of Compliance & MLRO - Brokerage

An FX/FCD's firm are looking to hire a Deputy Head of Compliance & MLRO into their compliance team.

Key responsibilities:

• Advising the business on regulatory matters
• Managing a team of 4 compliance analysts
• Regulatory reporting
• Supporting the Head of Compliance with board presentations
• Assisting the MLRO with all matters regarding AML, MAR and financial crime

Successful candidates will have:

• Experience working in the FX industry (preferable)
• Experience managing a team (preferable)
• The ability to work well with senior stakeholders
• Strong regulatory compliance and financial crime experience
