ROLE: Digital Product Manager

LOCATION: Manchester, Leeds or York

SALARY: £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits

START DATE: ASAP start

ABOUT THE ROLE

My client is looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to join the team as they embark on a large scale and innovative Digital Transformation Programme. This opportunity will give the successful applicant the opportunity to work with a large number of different stakeholders across the organisation on a number of exciting initiatives including but not limited to Digital Customer Experience, Business Improvement and Continuous Improvement projects as well as the opportunity to work on a Salesforce CRM programme (with the option to become Salesforce Product Owner)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Must have demonstrable experience working professionally as a Digital Product Manager or Digital Product Owner
• Should have superlative communication and business engagement skills to partner with different business units and third party suppliers
• Requires experience working on digital customer experience and digital customer journey programmes (ideally, online digital B2C products)
• Strong Project Management skills to mitigate risks to the project and lead from the front
• Self motivated with the drive to become a subject matter expert in the products which sit in the digital product portfolio

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Experience working with Salesforce CRM
• Scrum Master Certified
