Director - Financial Crime Operations

A large UK bank is using Investigo exclusively to help find a key senior hire who will lead their Financial Crime Operations Division to be based in London.

As the Head of Financial Crime Operations you will:

• Lead and Develop the Financial Crime Operations team
• Create and processes and procedures to align to Financial Crime policies and regulatory requirements
• Providing Financial Crime Operations expertise and approving product designs and procedures
• Defining and implementing training programs for AML specialists and investigators
• Be the point of escalation for all financial crime operations

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Proven experience in developing and creating process and teams in financial crime operations
• Managed teams of 20+ people
• Strong proven ability within an FCA regulated body
• Strong knowledge across all areas of the UK financial crime regulatory regime including AML, CTF, Sanctions, PEPs, ABC and tax evasion
• We will need you to be familiar with BAE NetReveal or other transaction monitoring
