ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Director of R&D will direct and manage discovery and translational research programs while supporting the company's current portfolio. This individual will be responsible for coordinating all research initiatives and manage the laboratory operations.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• PhD in a relevant, scientific area
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in biopharma/academia, particularly involving the discovery and development of biologics therapies for cancer.
• Prior experience with radio-immunoconjugate technology and therapeutics development
• Knowledge and experience in cancer biology
• Prior leadership or management experience
