ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Director/Senior Director, AAV Engineering will work directly with the scientific founders and senior leadership to continue to evolve the AAV engineering strategy and platform. This individual will be responsible for building out the AAV engineering team, refining the high-throughput screening platform, and developing novel AAV engineering modalities and applications.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• PhD in a relevant, scientific field with some industry experience
• Strong molecular biology and AAV/or protein engineering background is essential
• Experience building and leading a team
