Director - Technology Compliance - Investment Bank

Our client a top tier Investment Bank are looking for someone to take the lead on Compliance for their Technology division, owning the compliance framework for the area.

Responsibilities -

• Ownership of the Compliance framework for technology for the EMEA region, ensuring that regulatory and operational risks are identified and addressed.
• Identify, analyse, and remediate 1st and 2nd line issues and control changes
• Responsible for effectiveness of applicable controls including testing and review
• Respond to relevant regulatory change/departmental initiatives on behalf of Technology

Requirements -

• Experience in Technology, Compliance Technology, or Technology Risk
• Understanding of Investment banking structure and products
• Ability to manage a varied workload dealing with a variety of stakeholders
