The role of Divisional Finance Director is highly diverse with a focus on 4 key areas, Financial Planning & Analysis, Controls & Reporting, M&A/ acquisitions & investments and Talent/ Projects. Supporting the CFO the role will take ownership for overseeing general accounting and controls across a cluster of companies, identifying opportunities to challenge the status quo and supporting corporate development activities. You will develop and manage relationships across all business levels to maximise revenue, manage and improve cash-flow, influence and impact effective financial strategies and maintain a healthy financial position.

The role requires forward thinking, adaptable individuals with a strong technical grounding (ACA/ ACCA would be ideal) and post qualified experience gained in financial operations, FP&A, financial reporting / controls or a hybrid role combining some / all of these areas. You will be a positive finance leader, able to grasp new methodologies, see the bigger picture, manage a highly diverse stakeholder group virtually/ in person and have previous experience of working within a complex/ inquisitive business with International sites. You will have a focus on accuracy, a high attention to detail and a hands-on approach to supporting, developing and improving all those around you.
