Document Management System / Workflow / London Market / £500 / Insurance experience REQUIRED

Our client a London Market Insurer has a requirement for a Business Analyst with DMS and Workflow project experience within another insurer to join their London based team.

This role works as part of a project team to deliver business change projects. They carry out requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation tasks to ensure that the project deliverable is the ideal solution for the business.

Required Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • London Market change experience with knowledge of business analysis methodologies
  • Ideally experience of both the Syndicate and Company insurance market


Project specific responsibilities:


Workflow

  • Work with the business to identify and prioritise high level system requirements
  • Create and maintain stories in JIRA
  • Form a good understanding of risk processing requirements and challenges, including using offshore resource support and European specialties
  • Liaise with the development team to configure workflows to support both Specialty and Commercial risk processing


Document Management

  • Form a good understanding of DMS hierarchies and taxonomies
  • Provide security insights at document and folder levels


Required Experience

  • London Market change experience with knowledge of business analysis methodologies
  • Ability to work independently as well as harmoniously in teams
  • Comfortable working with 'C' level stakeholders
  • Flexible and pragmatic
  • Ability to work to deadlines and to meet standards
  • Wide range of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • BPMN or similar business process modelling skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to Agile highly desirable
  • Previous work on Workflow and DMS applications a distinct advantage
  • CII qualifications
