EMEA CFO

This is a broad and varied role with responsibility for managing a significant team to deliver the financials whilst proving commercial support to the Managing Director. Key responsibilities will include:

• Support and drive revenue growth and profitability for EMEA through goal setting, finance insight and decision support, reporting and analysis - partnering with regional leadership and operations.
• Develop a greater based emphasis on relevant reporting to drive initiatives and commercial efforts along with robust reporting with a strong focus on variance analysis.
• Ensure all financial compliance and financial regulatory and tax fillings are executed accurately on time.
• Develop the strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to enhance accuracy.
• Provide commercial support to all EMEA functions to drive growth
• Partner with business development and commercial management in driving and achieving targets
• Identify and develop strategic priorities and goals for EMEA business units
• Manage and develop and large finance team

In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you have excellent leadership experience gained within international (preferably with an EMEA focus) large complex business. Experience of working with a FTSE or US business with a matrix structure would also be advantageous. It is essential that you are qualified accountant.
