Employee Engagement & Culture Manager

Investigo is pleased to be partnering with a highly successful Hertfordshire based global business in the recruitment for an Employee Experience, Culture & Engagement Manager.

Reporting to the Global HR Director, this newly created role will be accountable for creating and implementing a People and Culture programme to engage and retain a highly technical global workforce.

Our client has very impressive story having growth through acquisitions over recent years (with more to come) and is looking for an Engagement professional to help build a culture of success across the group.

You will be a proven HR/L&D Business Partner who has a passion for change management, with a focus on Employee Engagement, Retention and Succession.

Working alongside the HRD, SLT and Recruitment function, you will build and implement a strategy to develop a culture of growth and enable to the business to attract and retain the best market talent.

This role will be suitable for either HR Generalists or Learning professionals who have led Global EE or cultural change programmes.

A passion for employee experience and development is key to the success in this role and evidence of leading Engagement & Experience programmes on a global scale is a must.
