Enterprise Risk Manager

Investigo are currently partnered with a high growth digital bank based in the city of London who are looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to join them in a newly created role as part of their core risk function.

You will be a central figure in working with business leaders and departmental heads on embedding the enterprise risk framework, and establishing a strong risk culture and appetite across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the Head of Enterprise Risk and the CRO in establishing a robust risk framework across financial and non-financial risk.
• Assisting senior members of the team in managing the ICAAP process.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders outside of risk to ensure a well developed risk appetite and understanding sits across the bank.
• Working closely with IT and the technical teams to manage technology and IT controls.

Applicants should have a demonstrable experience in enterprise risk management, with a strong core operational/non-financial risk skill set.
