Your role
For this exciting, new role, I am looking for an experienced sales professional, who will be responsible for driving sales and for developing the sales process over time to build a brand within the enterprise market for a flexible workspace provider.
Your day to day
- Implement and manage a tenant rep engagement strategy to ensure steady lead flow from traditional agents to new and exclusive spaces
- Oversee the start to end sales process for occupiers from tour to lease signing
- Create, implement and develop a direct sales approach for enterprise businesses
- Develop and roll-out a best-in-class sales process and collateral for the product
- Track, measure, analyse and report regularly using a CRM on commercial performance metrics
- Refine a clear pricing & discount strategy
- Manage the current sales team to achieve their targets
- Build the company brand name through public speaking and networking opportunities
About you
- You'll have 7 years + experience of enterprise sales in real estate
- MRICS qualified
- Proven experience managing lease negotiations on behalf of occupiers
- You'll be a leader - you have experience building, leading and motivating a sales team
- You are a master of the softer, strategic sales approach
- You'll have a proven track record hitting and outperforming sales targets
- You'll have proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key enterprise clients
- Growth will be your main driver - you operate well in a dynamic, hands-on, fast-paced environment
