Projects Background
They are a long-term user of SAP ERP and SAP Business Warehouse for core HR, Payroll and Finance functions. Our current version of SAP is unsupported from 2024 so must migrate to a replacement solution, such as a newer version of SAP or an alternative solution. In line with our IT Strategy this is expected to be a Software as a Service (SaaS) Public Cloud solution.

  • Project Definition(s). This includes an agreed baseline budget, timeline and scope for the project, as well as the set-up or modification of structures to support project governance and communications.
  • Business Case(s). This includes preparation of a statement of the initial and recurrent costs, tangible and intangible benefits, of acquiring, implementing and embedding the selected product(s) and services.

  • Responsible for preparing and establishing support for an achievable implementation plan, including a clear baseline scope, timeline, resources, dependencies, and agreed approach to ensuring quality
