Finance Administrator

A worldwide engineering firm in Central London is looking for an entry level Finance Graduate to join their team on a 3 - 6 month contract basis. This could lead to a perm position and a full study package.

The daily role will involve:

• Prepare application for presentation to client, invoice according to agreed budgets and scheduled rates within the contract
• Ensure jobs have been completed, reconcile costs & time on each project and ensure prompt closure of job
• Collate comments and analysis on high margin and loss making projects
• Point of contact for accounts payable, admin, credit control, finance, and operations for all issues concerning WIP
• Attend monthly team briefs with Finance Manger
• To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time
• To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
• To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required

Requirements:

• Active interest in finance career
• Ideally finance Graduate
• Immediately available or within 1 week
• Team player who is keen to learn
