Finance Analyst

Investigo are partnered with a leading property developer that are looking for a commercially minded finance professional to join the team on an initial 12 month basis.

The client is looking for a qualified accountant with some experience in FP&A and Business Partnering to join the commercial team, with a more specific focus on projects, supporting the budgeting and forecasting process and cost monitoring. Ideally, a strong financial accounting background is required, with the ability to communicate with non-finance professionals.

About You:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Property background (desired)
• Strong modelling skills
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate data
• Ability to work independently on own portfolio of tasks

Details:

• Start Date - 13/12/2021 (negotiable)
• Salary - £55,000-£65,000 DOE
• Location - Central London/Hybrid
• Duration - 12 months +
