Finance Analyst

A great permanent opportunity for a full time Financial Analyst based in Central London, working for a well established, successful technology company. The firm are rapidly changing and looking to expand their accounts function to support the business.

This is a varied and rewarding role for someone with interpersonal skills who is looking to develop their career by joining a market-leading company.

Must be studying ACCA or CIMA and have prior management accounting or financial analysis experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Month end reporting
• Consolidate and analyse financial data such as budgets, income statement & forecasts.
• Raising recommendations to reduce costs and improve overall financial performance of the business
• Ensuring contract accounts are accurate, complete and are aligned to accounting policies
• Responsible for calculating customer invoice invoice amounts and supporting documentation for the billing team to raise invoices and resolve customer queries.
• Monthly reporting to Commercial Finance Manager (CFM)
• Support the pricing of new business opportunities and contract changes controls, working with key decision makers to shape the commercial and financial strategy.

Profile

• Experience working in a management accounting or financial analysis role.
• Part-qualified studying CIMA/ACCA.
• Excel - minimum pivot tables & v-look ups
