Finance Analyst

My reputable client is seeking a driven candidate to join their team as a Finance Analyst on a permanent basis. This role is suitable for graduates with some analytical experience looking to take the step up or current analysts looking to take a step up in a renowned business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce monthly forecasts and ensure appropriate escalation of risks and opportunities
• Develop robust plans in partnership with the business
• Develop challenging but achievable budget and forecasts
• Produces weekly forecasts for the purposes of pricing, ensuring that benefits and risk are built in appropriately to ensure prices set for customers are accurate
• Ensures that actuals and reporting outputs give the right picture of results
• Comment and input into presentation of monthly results including variance analysis and business insight
• Ensure key stakeholders are engaged and informed on financial performance
• Provide financial support and guidance at key commercial meetings
• Add insight and control additions to standard reporting catalogue
• Evolve existing reporting suite as the business changes, through development and decommissioning

Successful Candidates:

• Part Qualified in ACCA/CIMA or interested in undertaking further study
• Previous analytic exposure
• Lively and outgoing personality
• Happy with some weekly travel
