Finance Analyst

Investigo Finance is working exclusively with a global property & real estate firm, assisting them to source an experienced Finance Analyst / Project Accountant for a 12 month fixed term contract.

This vacancy will offer broad exposure to bu sines partnering with project Directors across the M&A division and will require a strong technical accounting knowledge in order to present accurate reports.

The daily responsibilities will include:

• Extraction and reporting of historical financial information for input into corporate finance models, investor marketing materials and to support due diligence analysis and data room preparation
• Supporting the review of financial due diligence prepared for potential bidders;
• Preparation of analysis and reconciliations as required to respond to Q&A on live transactions
• Aiding the overall planning and project management of pipeline opportunities and active M&A with respect to Finance deliverables
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing finance reporting processes and deliverables as they relate to and interface with the Group's M&A and corporate finance activities;
• Acting as a key point of liaison between the Corporate Finance Team and Group Finance

Given the dynamic nature of the team, over time opportunities may arise to become more involved in the preparation of financial models, investor marketing, and to develop investment analysis skills.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience:

• Degree level education
• 3 - 4 years experience within finance - ideally an Accountant role
• Experience with financial reporting and managing internal stakeholders in a non-finance function
• Available to start within 1 or 2 weeks
