Finance Analyst - Milton Keynes

• Ensure provisions and actuals are raised, to FM value, in line with the monthly forecast for Capex and Revex.
• Compile and provide all required reports in support of the month end process, ensuring actuals and provisions are reported accurately and within appropriate deadlines.
• Provide input and support to all queries raised following month end, including carrying out detailed investigations, where applicable
• Ensure genuine over and under spend on projects is appropriately authorised and reflected (in line with DOA requirements and FM process)
• Support the year-end financial alignment process, providing analysis and reporting in a timely manner
• Raise requisitions, obtain purchase orders and carry out receipting, as part of the purchase-to-pay process as required
• Provide applicable reporting and respond to queries based on the purchase order process
• Input into applicable KPIs that allow measuring efficiency of the project performance
• Providing support to the different areas in the Assets department in all matters related to cost/spend control, budget and deviations
• Support PM's with following up outstanding invoices to enable financial closure and monitor receipting process.
• Support commercial team with following up on any outstanding quotations, with the aim of achieving 100% procured cost plan
• Support commercial team with tracking outstanding information from design team to enable smooth transition of information
• Support holiday cover for Performance Control Coordinator in Maintenance team
• Maintenance and updating cost management tool systems

£10 to £14.50 per hour plus holiday pay available
