Finance Assistant

Investigo are supporting a Logistics business in Slough with the recruitment for a enthusiastic Finance Assistant.

* Processing invoices promptly and accurately and matching to Orders

* Querying invoice discrepancies directly

* Querying order discrepancies directly buyers.

* Reconciliation of supplier accounts on a monthly basis

* Maintaining accurate and up to date filing systems.

The Person:

Ideally you will be a Finance Graduate or studying AAT and are keen to learn, take on new responsibilities and complete studies.

There will be an opportunity to build up some logistics knowledge with this role, so any prior logistics experience would be great, but not essential. What we are after is someone keen and driven who wants to forge their own role and take on tasks.
