I am recruiting for an experienced Finance / Accounts Assistant to join a client of mine on a temporary basis (3- 6 months) The role is predominantly remote working with a visit to their London Bridge office once a week. This role requires someone to start no later than the 6th June.

Responsibilities will include:

Accounts payable & Receivable:
* Process incoming Supplier Invoices
* Produce client invoices
* Monitoring Invoice and Purchase order approvals
* Assist with Purchase email and Slack queries
* Process Supplier payments and adhoc treasury requests

Reconciliations:
* Reconciliation and investigating Supplier accounts
* Daily Internal & External calculations for the Group
* Cross System Reconciliation
* Investigating reconciliation discrepancies
* Identifying and raising risk events
