Finance Business Partner

A global Technology company are currently recruiting for a Finance Business partner for their head office in London. The role is incredibly commercial focused and has a direct line to the MD.

The key responsibilities include;

• The Finance Business Partner role will support the Director and operational team in regards to financial control for the forecasting and resourcing of the portfolio of contracts
• Responsible for delivering against budget, working closely with the operations team including regular monthly operational reviews
• Own the regional budgets and forecasts inclusive of the Total labour cost and Total labour resources for the region.
• The role will be the point of contact for the Operations team and will ensure the team stick to tight milestones
• The role will be responsible for the Strategy of the project and will be involved in new business cases for pieces of work outside the original scope

• This role will manage the risks and opportunities across regional P&L
• Manage the adhoc projects

The successful candidate should have the following criteria;

• Qualified Accountant
• Commercial Finance / Business Partnering experience
• Experience supporting non-finance stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive attitude
