Finance Business Partner

An exciting Technology business are recruiting a Business Partner. The role sits beneath the Senior Manager and is a permanent hire.

Your skillset

As a Business Partner to the Operations Director, you will own the budgeting process and will have an analytical approach, demonstrating an ability to interpret the numbers and analyse disparities between budget and actual. This skillset will enable you to resolve any issues going forward and ensure that the business has the capabilities to thrive. Within your remit, you will also deliver monthly management accounts and create and flex forecasted numbers. The insights that you provide will supply management with the resources and information to make strategic decisions that will move the business forward.

Your responsibilities as Business Partner will expose you to Regional Directors and BU heads. You will present directly to the FD of your division which will offer the opportunity to display your concise and clear communication skills to influence internal decision makers. Being a team-player, you will also assist in transformation of the BU to develop best practice within the group.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant either through industry (ACCA/CIMA) or through practice (ACA/ACCA) but will have proven financial planning, project management and budgeting/forecasting skills acquired through experience in industry.

Location

Currently work from home but ultimately central London based.
