Finance Business Partner

Investigo are urgently seeking an immediately available Finance Business Partner for a well-known business based in Bedfordshire.

This role will ideally suit an ACA or ACCA qualified Accountant.

Duties:

Develop strong relationships with Operations to assist in driving profit performance -

• Focussed relationship management ensuring alignment of business objective with those of operations
• Acting as the main finance support to Operations for Controllable costs by ensuring monthly performance reviews are carried out by providing and reviewing insightful analysis on period performance and identifying key opportunities and risks
• Support Regional Directors in set piece meetings, ensuring that they grow their business through building a strong understanding of the KPI's and standard reporting issued by the BI Team and ensuring action plans, business cases are worked through and best practice shared
• Produce regular planning that identifies key issues and drives action.
• Ownership of Controllable P&L Budget and Forecast, working with the Finance team and UK FP&A to deliver overall company FP&A deadlines
• Key support in the annual budgeting process by agreeing stretching realistic targets with the Operations that deliver against internal and external expectations.
• Identifying opportunities and risks at the earliest possibility to ensure delivery of the business plan. Working with Central Operations and buyers to generate and agree action plans to resolve barriers and to incorporate opportunity.
• Contribute updates to monthly reforecast process

You will also have the ability to build relationships across the business and will have strong leadership skills.
