Investigo have partnered with a credible, progressive and growing organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join a busy team. You will get involved in exploiting opportunities, delivering outcomes to the business providing insight, challenge, strategic support and analysis,in order to enable the Business Partners to make informed decisions and take actions that drive the best financial outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall responsibility for coordinating the delivery of routine and ad hoc analysis and reports, highlighting significant variances and areas for further attention and analysis including revenue, order book, pipeline and Net Working Capital
  • Work with the Finance Business Partners to understand monthly performance, external factors, underlying trends and variances to inform the business outlook
  • Collate information and develop insights to aid decision-makers in improving revenue on domains, customer, jobs and product
  • Supports Business Partners to ensure relevant standard KPI's are set for bonus and commission schemes
  • Maintain strategic focus on order book by proactively evaluating order trends and sales pipeline
  • Liaise with Client Service where there are job related queries, providing access to necessary job data
  • Collate information, running and delivering routine and ad hoc analysis and reports, revenue, proposal and monthly decks
  • Provide commentary on monthly key performance drivers and early warning to management as material variances are detected
  • Review the business salary and non-salary performance including headcount reporting and tracking against budget, highlighting any major variances or concerns on tracking
  • Support tracking of net working capital, accrued revenue and aged debt and work with client service to clear this down
  • Build out assumptions on revenue for top accounts by growth drivers based on internal views
  • Preparation of month end revenue reporting for the regional team
