Finance Business Partner

A leading FMCG business is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner position to manage a £30m cost focusing on their 3rd party outsourcing contracts. The role will support the FD in managng the portfolio of contacts to ensure the Cost base is managed, margins are maintained working very closely with the Operations Director.

Key responsibilities include

• Managing the Financial control and the £30m cost base over the multiple sites.
• Ensure the Internal risks & opportunities are managed working closely with the Operations Director
• Review, improve and maintain the cashflow, margins and reporting
• Report back to central finance on the performance of the contract including full P&L, analysis and commentary.
• Adhoc Reporting as required by senior management
• Process improvement and systems development

Key skills

• Qualified Accountant with Commercial Acumen
• Finance Analysis and business partnering capability
• Proactive nature and strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships both internally and with the client
