Finance Business Partner

A leading FTSE 50 business based in the City of London is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to support of projects around new Capex investment across the group. The role will support the senior management team of Investment appraisal, managing the budget for the Capex and support on Major projects.

Key responsibilities include;

• Finance Business Partnering with the Operation Director / Manages to support on the delivery of the projects
• Accountable for leading the budgetary and financial control activities including regular ops meetings on milestones / progress against plan
• Support on designing and implementing the strategy of the project
• Lead on business cases for new pieces of work associated with the project
• Drive insight through analysis and presenting finding to the senior leadership team
• Create a robust control environment
• Manage risk and opportunities for the project

Key skills needed for this role

• Qualified Accountant
• Background in business partnering / analysis
• Experience supporting non finance stakeholders
• In depth analytically capability
• Strong communication skills
