Finance Business Partner Operations

Investigo are partnering a Global Financial Services company in Surrey to recruit a Finance Business Partner Operations, due to exciting growth in 2020.

An exciting opportunity is available to join the Finance Business Partnering Team working in a newly created role as a Finance Business Partner for the Operations Division. This core focus of the role will be to support the change activity and will report into the Operations Finance Business Partnering Manager. This will be a varied role and the key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Expense support and projections for relevant change cost centres
• Drive improvement in accuracy of project expense projections, with particular focus on non resource costs
• Provide financial/accounting training to change teams to help raise financial awareness
• Ensure accounting alignment between SAP and Planview/project financials, including change day rate calculations
• Support Management Board Change Board reporting and ensure financial integrity of presentations
• Support the development of improved financial governance framework
• Support annual planning process and drive fully embedding change as part of the annual timetable
• Support change related reporting throughout planning process, including and group reporting requirements

To be a success in this role, you will be qualified CIMA/ACCA, as well as the following:

* Experience in managing expense budgets
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Intermediate/Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
* SAP expense reporting knowledge is desirable.
* Experience in providing support to business management teams
* Highly numerate with attention to detail
* Well-organised and reliable with strong time management skills
* Proven ability to consistently meet tight time-scales & deadlines
* Enthusiastic and self-motivated team player
