Job Description - Senior Management Accountant / Business Partner

As the Senior management accountant you will be responsible for the planning and execution of monthly reporting, forecasting throughout the year and happy to work in a rapid and forever changing environment.

You will have direct exposure to the COO and board of directors.

- Co-Ordinating, reviewing and challenging cost base elements of the forecast and business plans. You will have to partner with each sector of the organisation

- Leading on monthly management reporting for C-Level functions, ensuring deliverables are on time. You will also be accountable for briefing finance management on actual performance and forecast.

- Preparing and delivering reports and commentaries for escalation issues.

- Co-Ordinating and checking the input of all additional half and full year requirements and ensuring deadlines are met.

- Leading monthly balance sheet reviews for various business areas, drive resolution of issues in a timely manner. Ensure balance sheets are fully understood and are correctly stated.

- Ensuring appropriate financial control and governance are in place.

- Challenge ways of working and look for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Managing and motivating the team, including regular performance reviews
