Finance Director

Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, you will take responsibility for leading the central finance functions for the Group including Financial Shared Services.

In this broad Finance Director role you will lead and develop a direct team of 8. You will ensure successful and effective financial budgeting, forecasting and planning processes are in place. You will take responsibility for the continuous monitoring of financial performance, including revenue and EBIT growth, cash flow, working capital and KPIs.

This Finance Director opportunity would suit an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) experienced Finance Director with a strong track record of leading a similar central finance function for a large, complex business.

The position is based in North Hampshire and would suit someone living in Hook, Basingstoke, Camberley, Fleet, Farnborough, Andover, Alton, Farnham, Reading, Winchester or Southampton.
