Investigo are supporting a business in Marlow with the recruitment of a Graduate Financial Accounting role. The role is perfect for a Finance & Accounting graduate who is seeking a role with training, progression routes and study support.

The responsibilities you will learn are listed below;

▪ Maintaining the accounting records (both for management and statutory reporting) of the European HQ and all Holding Companies for the EMEA region

▪ Completing the VAT returns and associated tax filings for EHQ

▪ Providing detailed and accurate monthly Cash Flow Forecasting of EHQ to the EMEA Treasury Manager ▪ Intercompany invoices, reconciliations, statements & Netting management

▪ Managing EHQ Accruals

▪ Management of the monthly submissions for the EHQ entity (Smartview templates, Hyperion submissions, etc)

* Assisting the Financial Reporting Manager in the Submissions of Consolidated EMEA results issued to HK on a monthly basis

* Timely resolution of HK queries

* Assisting the external audit interim and hard close reviews, providing details to audit information requests prior to their visits, compiling key audit schedule drill downs that reconcile individual country numbers through to consolidated numbers and overlays of consolidation journals etc

* Assisting the EMEA Director Financial Accounting in regular monthly reporting requirements from US or HK
