Finance Manager

Investigo Private Equity are currently partnering exclusively with a Private Equity backed Healthcare business, who are looking to onboard a Finance Manager to pick up a broad role, reporting directly into the number 1 in finance. This Finance Manager position is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to take on a broad finance role, covering financial reporting, FP&A, ad-hoc projects and a number of other exciting duties, including involvement in fund raising. The ideal candidate will be qualified and ideally have worked in a similar position previously, who is now looking to take the step into a high growth/start up environment.

Role

The duties are outlined below, however they will not be limited to;

• Production of month end pack/management accounts
• Involvement in the statutory reporting and annual audit
• Responsible for adding commentary and analysis to month end pack and presenting to stakeholders
• Variance analysis
• Process improvement, to ensure that the back office is running at optimum efficiency
• Systems implementation
• Other ad-hoc finance duties, covering a number of exciting and corporate duties

Your Profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Experience in a similar role
• Interested in high growth/start up and comfortable working in a growing businesses with a lean team

Salary

£60,000 + Equity
