Finance Manager

Investigo are partnering a Global On-line Retail Group, to recruit a hands on Finance Manager, based in central Kingston.

You will work closely with both the Head of Finance and Finance Director, to help deliver on future plans for growth.

Duties include:

• Production of monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet & input into cash flow statement
• Completion of standardised Balance Sheet reconciliations which are robustly maintained with all risks and opportunities flagged on a timely basis.
• Analysis of monthly costs & investigation of variances to budget/forecast
• Assisting with preparation of annual budgets & monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Assisting with production of supporting schedules for annual statutory accounts & tax returns
• Openly communicate and build good working relationships with internal and external stake holders
• Ad hoc analysis as required
• Communicate effectively with team colleagues and drive improvements in processes and controls
• Manage a team of 3 direct reports to achieve the team's goals and support individual career progression.

Looking for the following:

• Qualified Accountant, CIMA, ACCA or ACA
• Either a strong track record of working in a similar role, or see this as the next step up
• Experience of working in a dynamic environment
• Experience of working in a diverse team
• Proven track record in producing accurate management accounts in a timely manner
