Finance Manager/Process Lead - SSC

Investigo are partnering one of Surrey's most reputable Global companies, with an exceptional track record for staff development, are now on the look out to recruit a Finance Manager/Process Lead SSC.

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of efficient controls and processes across finance operations. The role will depend on working effectively with colleagues across the UK and the shared service centre.

Duties include:

• Lead the design of the Target Operating Model for the credit management function
• Ensure transactional activities are operating efficiently and effectively
• Introduction of technology to support scalable and efficient processes and integration with existing systems.
• Ensuring that documented processes and procedures are in place
• Preparation and provision of reporting across finance operations to ensure effective working capital management
• Recommending investment in opportunities for process automation and artificial intelligence to drive efficiencies

Looking for:

• Strong experience of support process and systems improvements across SSC
• A can-do attitude with the ability to engage with stakeholders across the business
• Qualified accountant or experience of working in Credit or AR where you have been involved in managing finance operations.
• Process improvement knowledge is essential
