Finance Operations Manager

A leading multinational Fintech organisation based in London is currently experiencing a period of rapid growth. Due to this, they are expanding their finance function and are in need of a new Finance Operations Manager. The role will support the International Financial Controller in delivering the month end processes, reconciliations, treasury and Projects.

Key responsibilities include;

• Responsible for all the Accounting and cash Flow activities
• Ensure all of the accounting is reconciled on a daily basis
• Supervision of all reconciliations for bank and ledger accounts for operational accounting activities.
• Resolution of all operational queries on a timely basis with banks, schemes and 3rd party providers.
• Financial reporting for their regulated entity
• Quarterly Treasury Reporting.
• Accrual of all fees and receivables from operational activities.
• Provision of insightful analysis from all operational activities
• Proactively managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Work e.g. execute Brexit strategy, launching of new products & integration.
• Experience in building strong controls and process improvement.

Profile of candidate:

• Qualified Accountant / qualified by experience with at least 5 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Industry experience in high volume of transactions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and strong time management skills.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot tables/ vlookups, etc.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, HFM applications is desirable.
