Finance SOX Manager

A leading FTSE 100 business based in the heart of the City of London is currently looking to recruit a Finance SOX Manager. The role will be front line Assurance for SOX controls across the business including designing, training and delivering of controls across a vast array of stakeholders.

This role exists to deliver a professional, commercially focused Financial Controls and Assurance service to the Global CEO, CFO, leadership team and associated senior operational management team across the group. The role specifically focuses on compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and the units Accounting Control Framework.

This is achieved via projects and initiatives with the objective of developing, implementing and maintaining effective internal control and governance regimes, management systems and promoting financial and operational integrity.

The successful candidate will need to have the following capability

• SOX experience
• Track record in implementing financial control framework
• Proven record in influencing internal and external stakeholder
• Demonstrates a high level of Integrity
• Commercial & Risk awareness
