Finance Systems Manager (D365)

A global market leading E-commerce Platform business based in London is currently looking to recruit a Financial Systems Manager (D365). The role will support the Head of Finance & Data on the design, maintenance and the future landscape of the Microsoft D365 package.

Key Responsibilities of the role

• Maintaining our D365 system
• Drive process improvements across D365 functionality (including configuration of the system)
• Managing Junior Systems Administrator
• Working closely with the database and infrastructure teams to ensure the data loading/exporting and the stability of the system
• Training staff on D365 as well as acting as the first point of call for finance and the business for any finance systems related queries
• Building reports with Management Reporter and Power BI, running rolling period/year-end closes & FX maintenance
• Responsibility for all other finance systems including the maintenance of CODA and CEGID for record access, Concur, V1 invoice scanning, Dovico and various banking software
• Facilitating and testing any new Microsoft updates to ensure that the business is not adversely impacted
• Present quarterly updates to senior finance team members on systems strategy and updates

Previous experience of Dynamics D365 or AX 2012 is crucial to the role and as a Finance Systems Manager, you'll bring a strength in organisation, process improvement, change management and a keen eye for detail. Good communication skills are vital in this role so we're expecting you to bring strong business partnering experience and an approach that gains trust.
