Finance Transformation Manager SAP

A leading global Technology group based in London is currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager to support on Finance Transformation. The role will be a key member of the team and act as a business partner between the business unit and the central Transformation team.

Your responsibilities:

• Be a key member of the team pushing the successful implementation of SAP HANA across the business unit.
• Linking into improvement projects being performed by other business units, ensuring auspicious co-ordination.
• Build working relationships with the IT teams and supporting the wider finance team through change agenda and sharing with transformation leads.
• Perform analysis on processes supporting new process implementation, driving for simplification and efficiency in the Technology finance function.
• Improve data integrity, giving more relevant information to management involved in decision making.
• Governance and performance tracking of progress (support production of slideware, embed governance and review processes for timely and regular updates to LT and wider finance team).

Your key skills:

• Fully qualified accountant.
• Knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
• Experience of Data analytics tools is beneficial.
• Able to translate complex financial outcomes to senior financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to establish credibility, respect and build strong working relationships.
• Bold and confident thinking, challenging the status quo where appropriate.
• Able to use initiative to identify resources to implement and determine solutions.
