Financial Accountant

Investigo are working alongside a global property organsiation to bring a contract Financial Accountant into their Central London based team for an initial period of 6 months.

Role & Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of General Ledger balances to month end WIP reports
• Provide analysis and commentary on subcontractor accruals / prepayments
• Prepare accurate financial reports in line with monthly timetable including Balance Sheet extracts and reconciliations
• Ad-hoc reporting as requested by central Financial Accounting Manager
• Assisting in the preparation of annual balance sheet plans for the Division
• Responsibility for ensuring the integrity of the Balance Sheet and Balance Sheet Commentary.

Person Specification

• Previous experience in a Financial Accounting role
• Qualified, finalist or qualified by experience accountant
• Immediately available or no more than one weeks notice
