Financial Accountant

Investigo are exclusively partnering a market leading organisation in Surrey, to recruit a Financial Accountant due to internal promotion.

Financial Accountability:

• Development and maintenance of a strong control framework contributes to the achievement of the function's and Group's financial results.

Informing and Advising Others:

• The role requires an ability to provide information, direction and influence.
• Use technical skills and knowledge to inform and influence others regarding appropriate accounting, controls and governance. Interpretations and implementation of accounting policies under US GAAP, UK GAAP and IFRS fall within this role.

Experience

• Audit background in a Top 20 practice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence and educate
• Excellent planning and organisation skills required

Skills/Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Knowledge of current IFRS / UK GAAP / US GAAP
• Ability to deliver high quality output to tight deadlines
