Financial Accountant

Investigo are recruiting to an exciting 6 month Financial Accountant role, with a central London based Property Business, who boast a progressive and growing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within an advancing business.

The roles are paying £275 - £300 per day, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with year-end reporting responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements compliant with IFRS within strict timelines
• Assist in the preparation of the individual statutory financial statements for the subsidiaries, compliant with FRS 101/FRS 102 within strict timelines
• Prepare information and analysis as requested by auditors
• Prepare analysis required by tax advisors
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for specified accounts
• Ad hoc requests to support the Financial Reporting Manager
• Identify and evaluate effects of applicable accounting standards on allocated companies' financial results

Role requirements

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA
• Experience in preparation of statutory financial statements under IFRS, FRS 101 and FRS 102
• Either audit trained or evidence of working with auditors in preparation of accounts
• A team player who has experience of working to tight deadlines
• Ability to remain effective under pressure
• An excellent eye for detail
• Excellent organisational skills
