Financial Controller

I am currently recruiting for a technical Finance Controller based in in the outskirts of Northampton to join a small but effective finance team to work alongside the Financial Controller and cover a wide area of the finance function whilst being responsible for the more regular tasks;

• Responsible for all aspects of the business's day to day financial operations
• Delivery of management accounts pack
• Attend management meetings and team meetings
• Responsible for quarterly re-forecasting process and annual budget process
• Preparation of Statutory Accounts and main point of contact for the Group Auditors whilst working alongside the Management Accountants in preparation of Audit Schedules
• Prepare and analyse on insight MI and financial reports to key stakeholders within the group
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of 3 accountants

The successful candidate will be fully qualified chartered accountant or qualified by experience who has an aptitude of innovative management experience. You will be able to lead and motivate a team and can build rapport in a professional manner both internally and externally.
